- 2 tb pure cocoa powder
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 tb maple syrup (optional, I like to use the marshmallows as the only sweetener)
- Turmeric or matcha marshmallows
- Matcha, coconut, cocoa truffles
- Heat up coconut milk on stove - add cocoa powder (and optional maple syrup) and mix well. You can reserve some coconut milk to froth and add on top.
- Add marshmallows and serve with truffles, if desired. Sip away to your heart's content!

Those turmeric marshmallows are looking mighty fine. I can’t tell if you toasted them or if it’s powder sprinkled on top. Either way, I want! I’m excited for those chocolate turmeric cookies too!
