Mangoes sitting pretty in a bowl
Looking fit to eat and roll
Into summer’s fair square marketplace
Where they frolic with cherries and race
Skipping bouncing happily
Flying zipping through the trees
Into low strawberry patches
Next to coconut and cream-filled hatches
All that’s left are blueberries
Which we find by lake-filled leas
Mountain springs and summer brush
Bounty verdant, thick and lush
- Mango smoothie
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- juice of ½ lemon or 1-2 tb apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- ½ cup blueberries
- 8-10 cherries
- 2-3 strawberries
- ¼ c
- toasted coconut
- ¼ c full-fat coconut milk for garnish
- mint for garnish
- Blend smoothie ingredients together and pour into bowl.
- Clean fruit, and slice strawberries. Lay on top of smoothie, sprinkle coconut, and garnish with coconut milk.
