9 large or 20 small gummies
Have these on hand for a quick treat/to use up extra apples while getting in some anti-inflammatory and gut-healing ginger and gelatin. Apple pie flavors in a pinch ;)
Ingredients
1 apple
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 tb minced ginger or 1 tsp
ground ginger
1 tsp
mace
(optional)
1 tb
coconut oil
1 tsp lime/lemon juice or
apple cider vinegar
(optional)
pinch (1/4 tsp)
sea salt
3 tb
grassfed gelatin
½ c water
Instructions
Bloom gelatin in ¼ c water.
Grate or food process cored apple with ginger and ¼ c water.
Add lime, cinnamon/mace, and coconut oil.
Add to gelatin and heat up gently over stove until mixture is well-incorporated.
Pour into molds and refrigerate until set.
