Ingredients

Filling
1-2 lb meat
1 onion, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tb olive oil, duck fat, or lard
2 tb each of chopped rosemary, sage, & parsley
1 tsp sea salt
1 tb fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
Crust
1.75 c cassava flour
½ c tigernut flour
½ - 1 tsp sea salt
¾ c cold leaf lard
½-3/4 c ice-cold water
