Ingredients

2 cups cauliflower
4-6 cloves of minced garlic or 2 tsp garlic powder
4-6 tb nutritional yeast
1 - 1.5 tsp sea salt
2 tb ghee (AIP re-intro), beef tallow, or coconut oil
2 tb coconut cream (optional, works w/o)
2 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1 tsp ground turmeric
3 tb grassfed gelatin
¼ c coconut milk
3 tb tapioca flour or arrowroot starch
