1.5 cups cassava flour
1 tsp sea salt
6 tb pastured lard or coconut oil
½ c warm water
Lengua Filling
1 pound beef tongue
3 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
1 head of garlic
2 onions
3 tsp sea salt
1 tb pastured lard
Crema
2 tb coconut cream
2 tb extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp lime juice
¼ tsp sea salt
