Serves: 10 small-medium pancakes
- Heat up a skillet or good flat-bottomed nonstick or cast iron pan on medium heat.
- Mix pancake ingredients together in order listed.
- Place ~1 tb of oil in pan.
- Spoon ~2 tb of batter onto hot pan and spread it out evenly. Repeat, leaving enough space in pan to flip pancakes.
- Cook for around 5 minutes per side/until brown.
- Serve with coconut aminos and chopped scallions
