⅔ cup tigernut flour
⅓ cup tapioca flour or arrowroot starch
½ cup grassfed butter (non-AIP), ghee (non-AIP) or coconut oil (V, room-temp.)
¼ cup maple syrup or honey
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tb grassfed gelatin (sub agar-agar or omit for vegan)
