Ingredients
1 can coconut milk (I like
this brand
)
4 tb cooked pumpkin, butternut, or kabocha squash (any will do)
1 tsp vanilla
2-4 tb
maple syrup
4 tb rum (non-AIP, optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg (sub mace for AIP)
¼ tsp
sea salt
Instructions
Blend ingredients well, pour into glasses, finish with a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon.
