Kabocha Squash Muffins

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
2 cups cooked kabocha squash
1 cup
water chestnut flour
1 cup
cassava flour
Pinch
sea salt
2 tb spices (cinnamon, nutmeg/cloves/mace[AIP])
2 tsp vanilla
4 tb
coconut oil
2 tsp baking soda
½ cup apple (bout 1 whole apple chopped)
1 tb
apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Blend bananas with squash, add all other ingredients except ACV and mix well.
Add ACV, mix, and spoon into muffin tray.
Bake at 350F for 35-45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
