Extra moist paleo brownies made with chestnut paste (egg, dairy, and grain-free)
Ingredients
1.5 bars of dark chocolate (~5 oz) or about 1 cup of dark chocolate chips (I use
this brand
)
3 tb
coconut oil
½ cup
chestnut paste
(unsweetened)
2 tb
maple syrup
pinch
sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tb
tapioca flour
or
arrowroot starch
1 tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave with coconut oil.
Add rest of ingredients, combine well.
Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Curl up with a good book in front of a fire in a burrow of your choosing, and enjoy :)
